Reporting an error? Please include the page URL and, where you can, a link to a source. Corrections to our own commentary are made promptly and noted. Note that we aggregate headlines written by other outlets — if the error is in the original article, the publisher has to fix it at the source, though we will still remove or annotate a link where it matters.
