Terms of Service
The rules of the road, in plain language.

Effective August 5, 2026

By using https://hypocrisydemocracy.net ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AnyTech Solutions, LLC ("we", "us").

1. What this site is

Hypocrisy Democracy aggregates headlines published by third-party news outlets, applies automated bias and sentiment scoring, and publishes original commentary, reference pages, and market data. Aggregated headlines and article links are the property of the outlets that published them. We claim no ownership of their work, quote only headline text, and link every item to its source.

2. Not professional advice

The Site includes market data, price quotes, index levels, and written market summaries. None of it is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. It is provided for general information, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be relied on for trading decisions. We are not a broker, dealer, or registered investment adviser. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. Automated scoring

Bias labels, sentiment scores, and "hypocrisy" flags are produced algorithmically, without human review of each item. They are estimates and will sometimes be wrong. They are opinion, not statements of fact about any outlet, journalist, or person.

4. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to outside websites and embeds third-party video players and market widgets. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

5. What you send us

The Site does not accept file uploads and has no user accounts. If you send us a message, a story tip, or a link to a video through the contact page, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or malicious.

You keep ownership of anything you send. By sending it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in deciding what to cover and, where you have clearly offered it for publication, to quote or reference it with attribution. We are under no obligation to use, publish, or return anything sent to us, and we may decline or remove material for any reason.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach or overload the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, upload malicious files, impersonate others, or use the Site to break the law.

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect copyright and respond to valid notices. To request removal, send the following through our contact page:

We remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and terminate repeat infringers. If you believe your material was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

8. Our content

Original commentary, page design, generated summaries, code, and the Hypocrisy Democracy name and logo are owned by AnyTech Solutions, LLC. You may quote and link to our work with attribution. Wholesale republication requires permission.

9. Advertising and our own businesses

Promotional placements on the Site currently point to businesses we own — the AnyTech IT Toolkit and our Amazon sticker store — and are labeled as ours. We may earn revenue when you click or buy. This does not change what we publish.

10. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that aggregated third-party content is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyTech Solutions, LLC and its members, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site — including reliance on aggregated headlines, bias scores, or market data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyTech Solutions, LLC from claims and expenses arising out of content you submit or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
