Who funds the people in these stories — from the public record.
What this is. For each political figure named in our reporting, the public money record: campaign committees, who gave to them, what their committees spent, outside spending they do not control, and — separately — their own financial disclosures. Every figure links to the filing it came from, so you can check any of it.
Campaign money is not personal money. The contribution tables are committee accounts, not anyone's bank balance. Each page explains the difference and where private enrichment would actually show up.
A contribution is not evidence of wrongdoing. Giving to a campaign is legal and ordinary. These pages record what the filings say and draw no conclusions.
Who is here. Everyone named in two or more posts who has a federal money record. People we could not identify with confidence are left out rather than guessed at — a name match is not an identification.
