A subpoena is not an accusationThe House Oversight Committee subpoenaed this person for a deposition. A congressional subpoena is a demand for testimony, not an accusation. The committee's release says the subpoenas seek testimony related to crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein; it does not say why each individual was chosen, and it does not allege wrongdoing by any of them.

is marked with how well we could establish it.
